Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

• US Standard: 7-14 business days

• US Expedited: 3-5 business days ($9.95)

• International: 14-21 business days (rates calculated at checkout)

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at cadensalabs.com/pages/track.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@cadensalabs.com within 30 days. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
